You can research, price, customize and book your vacation online. If you prefer not to book online we must receive a quote request form. We will email quotes once we receive your Individual Quote Request Form to Asia & South PAcific | Caribbean, Mexico Beaches, Hawaii & Florida Beaches | Europe | Latin America. You will then be able to contact your agent that sent you the quote by email or telephone. You can book by telephone if you have already selected your travel dates and hotel. Call us at 1-800-430-0484.

Customer service:
Check the status of your booking, check air itineraries, print e-ticket receipts and e-vouchers at: Check bookings

Air tickets:
You can check your itinerary online immediately after booking. Once we issue your tickets you will be able to print your e-ticket receipts.

Seat Assignments:
We will assign seats as requested depending on availability. Clients should contact the airline directly after that to change seat assignments.

Hotel Confirmation:
You will see a "Requested" or "Confirmed" in the "Check Bookings" display. In the unlikely event we cannot confirm your request, you will see the alternative hotel and price in the booking display. Generally, bookings should be confirmed within 48 hours. There are factors which could delay confirmation which are beyond our control. As soon as we obtain confirmation or alternatives you will be see it reflected online.
