Combine this exciting escape and fly into Sydney; visit Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and The Rocks historic area where you will find souvenir shops, cafes and galleries. Then fly to Cairns, where you will be transferred to the Northern Beaches, these beaches are where you'll find all the elements of an idyllic tropical holiday: warm seas, water sports, and miles of uncrowned sand with a sweeping backdrop of Rainforest Mountains. You can stroll, ride a horse at sunrise or sunset along the beach, sail, windsurf, Jet Ski, play golf, visit animal parks where huge crocs are hand fed, cuddle a koala and pat a kangaroo. The Daintree Rainforest, is the largest continuous area of tropical rainforest on the Australian continent, and one of the world's most ancient. It is located near the northern border of Queensland and occupies nearly 1000 sq. miles, including long stretches of coastline where the rainforest grows right to the edge of the sea.

Most of the rainforest is encompassed by the Daintree National Park, and is included in the the Wet Tropics World Heritage site because of its unique natural attributes. The forest houses fascinating ecosystems, and divers species of marsupials, reptiles, butterflies and 430 species of birds - some like the Pepper Pecker are unique to this region.
