When I told you we were going to experience a tropical cyclone (aka a hurricane South of the equator) at our next destination and asked to re-route our trip, you basically told me, "too bad". Our stay in Port Douglas was pointless. The hotel was shut down with no staff or power, both our excursions were canceled, and the only things we got to see were wind and rain. It was a waste of two flights, transportation, and a hotel stay.

This was my 7th trip through your company aka European Destinations. This is the first time I complain about stay. Although at a great location. The apts in Cairns was too dated any the sofa was extremely dinghy and pool water was yellow. Tripmasters should check out Better Stay in Cairns. The other locations were perfect.

The only complaint I have is that of the transfers to and from the hotel and airport in Sydney.
These were not the private cars I paid for. They were Uber drivers. The pickup from the airport was an hour late.
I should not have to pay for a private transfer that is just an Uber driver.
Had I ordered my own Uber they would have picked up immediately and I would have paid a fraction of the cost.

The Deverele Hotel in Sydney was a dump. I paid for a 3 star hotel and this was not. The carpet was old and the hotel was smelly. I also didn't arrive until a day late so I would like a refund.
The reason I know Deverele was a dump because the other hotels I chose which were 3 star and were very nice hotels. I was very pleased with the other three hotels. The Voco Hotel was super nice.
All of my transportation went smoothly. I was charged for a bad because it was overweight so I checked it in the next time and wasn't charged.
All of my bookings were also great. Overall, I was satisfied with TripMasters except for the Deverele Hotel in Sydney.
