The city provides amazing transportation allowing access to its famous attractions and a city-wide bike sharing system which is the perfect way to investigate the beautiful parks and other scenic surroundings.

  • Magong

Magong may not be as popular as other cities in Taiwan, but don't let that fool you. Magong City is a smaller but beautiful upcoming tourist destination that is worth a visit. You will be surprised by some of the unique things to do and places you can explore at this hidden destination. You can definitely plan a few hours of a side trip here while traveling to Taichung or Kaohsiung. You might wish to revisit it someday again, to take a break and relax at Magong City. Magong is the only city in the offshore Penghu Islands of Taiwan. The city has many historical sites tracing back to the Ming Dynasty.

Discover the great Shili Beach, Mazu Temple, Penghu Living Museum, Penghu Guanyin Temple, Chang Yu-sheng Memorial Museum and much more.

  • Taichung

Taichung is fast gaining popularity among the tourist masses. As a melting pot of both culinary and cultural delights, it’s easy to see why this vibrant city is one for the Taiwan bucket list. Taichung City merged with what used to be called Taichung County, meaning that the area that is officially Taichung City is now a huge 2 million square kilometers. It stretches all the way from the west coast to Yilan County in the northeast of Taiwan and Taroko National Park in Hualien County. It also encompasses remote aboriginal villages and some of the Taiwan's highest mountains.

Visit and explore the Feng Chia Night Market, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, National Taichung Theater, National Museum of Natural Science, Taichung Park and much more.

  • Kaohsiung

Kaohsiung, the second-largest city in Taiwan (the Republic of China), is a modern metropolis located on the island's southwestern coast. It offers beautiful mountains such as the Eighteen Arhat Mountains, the "Moon World" badland terrain, the famous Love River flowing across the city, and also the Port of Kaohsiung, which is the largest harbor in Taiwan. Visit and discover the great Lotus Pond, Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, Liuhe Night Market, Love River, Chimei Museum, Fo Guang Shan Buddha, Old British Consulate at Takow, 85 Sky-tower, Pier2 Art Center, Eighteen Arhat Mountains, Ruifeng Night Market, and so much more.
