With this Self-Drive Package venture through Tennessee and Georgia, discovering their main natural attractions. Pick up your car and head to Knoxville (a historic city, home of monuments and historic plaques honoring notable residents, including John Pemberton, who developed the formula for Coca-Cola). Then, drive up to the fantastic Smoky Mountains area, until to get to Gatlinburg (Great Smoky Mountains most popular gateway resort town and basecamp for outdoor activities around the mountains park). After that, combine a visit to Chattahoochee National Forest and Lake Lanier; both great places for picnics, excursions, walking trails, or amazing photos. Finally have a pleasant stay in Atlanta (with its diverse musical heritage and southern hospitality), before returning home. Entrance to national parks is not included.
