Both these cities allow you easy access to explore Nez-Perce Clearwater National Forest , an American icon. Then, continue to Helena (Montana`s state capital, with crystal-clear views of some of the most beautiful sections of the Rocky Mountains) and Great Falls (which straddles the Missouri River), where you should make time to visit the Lewis and Clark National Forest .
