Clifton Beach

Clifton Beach is a nice quiet suburb with a long, wide beach lined by trees offering shade with picnic areas and BBQ’s. This beach is a great location for a holiday with lack of tourists and undeveloped providing a secluded laidback getaway. The resdidential area offers beachfront accomodations such as holiday apartments and is fairly close to Palm Cove, a car is needed to get around with shops and restaurants located back on the main highway. The beachside town offers some motels and caravan parks and the beach is nice and clean.

Holloway`s Beach

Holloway`s Beach is a tropical beach suburb situated in the Cairns Regions of Queensland about 12 minutes drive from the heart of Cairns City. A secluded residential beach and the first beach situated north of Cairns offers beachfront resorts and swaying palm trees with picturesque scenery. Holloway`s connects to Machans Beach and is a great family friendly area with a quaint little village offering a number of restaurants, coffee shops, pizza and fish and chip shops along the beach. Accommodations here include small beach houses, beachfront villas, and boutique resorts.

Kewarra Beach

Kewarra Beach is a beachside suburb of Cairns, situated to the east of Kuranda National Park and bordered by the Coral Sea, just 12 miles north of Cairns City Center. This is a very private and idyllic beach location with very little tourist developed areas, the beautiful wide beach sits at the end of a bay and boasts some very posh beachfront properties. The long stretch of sand at Kewarra is lined by palm trees with picnic areas, a children`s playground and other facilities for a great day at the beach. There is a wide range of outdoor activities and tours that can be enjoyed from Kewarra.

Palm Cove

Palm Cove is a major tourist suburb of the Cairns Region of Queensland, situated 17 miles north of the city center. Beautiful tropical swaying palm trees line the beach which offers beachside apartments, 4 and 5-star hotels, and world-renowned resorts including the Drift Resort, Alamanda, The Mantra Amphora Resort and the Reef House. The Palm Cove jetty is popular for fishing and is the main departure point for tours and cruises out to the Great Barrier Reef and Green Island. The beach here offers a wide array of water sports including kayaks, jetski`s, surfing and paddleboarding and picnic areas and BBQ’s for the perfect day at the beach. The stunning tree-lined beachfront esplanade is brimming with upscale restaurants and bars, chic cafes and luxurious shops. The quaint beach village of Palm Cove is a popular beach wedding location with astounding views.

Trinity Beach

Trinity Beach is a beachside suburb of Cairns located 10 miles outside the city center, nestled in between two large headlands. This beach features a nice sheltered bay lined by palm trees with a beachfront esplanade lined by restaurants and shops. The road that runs along Trinity beach is bursting with accommodations, cafes, restaurants and shopping centers, it is a very popular place to stay. There are family friendly accommodations, luxury apartments and upscale resorts that offer guests a very special, exclusive destination to stay. The beach is picturesque, long, wide with a characteristic pier at the end and a great place to spend a few nights in a tropical paradise getaway with a laid back atmosphere.
