Vassa is a small city located on the West Coast of Finland, about 250 miles north-west of Helsinki. Dating back from 1606, the city nearly burned down completely in 1852 and was built afterwards a few miles from the original spot. Today, it is a University town and the second most international city in Finland where you can enjoy beautiful forests, summer cottages, an incredible number of lakes and islands, and the northern lights to name a few.
