What an incredible trip! The hotels and excursions were a cut above. I showed friends pictures of our rooms and their locations and they wanted my travel agent`s number. ( the TripMasters customer service agent gave me recommendations) I tried to price out this trip on my own without TripMasters and it was thousands of dollars more. All travel and connections were smooth and we went from California to Iceland then Paris then Prague. Best trip ever!

We stayed at the Centerhotel Midgardur in Reykjavik and Ibsens Hotel in Copenhagen, both fairly centrally located and with very adequate accommodations (what we requested and expected). We arranged all flights through Icelandair and they were all on time with adequate time between flights. We didn't need our travel insurance, but it was good to have and reasonably priced. Before we traveled we consulted with Tripmaster Customer Service a couple of times and were completely satisfied with their help in resolving minor issues and answering questions.

I honestly don`t think that there is anything that could be improved. My trip was so affordable and seamless. I will 100% use tripmasters again!

Room with a View - excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff running the desk, comfy and clean accommodations, and very much enjoyed having the kitchen.

Website and Support staff were also very good; no issues with the booking process, everything was explained clearly so no surprises along the way.
