The staff at both hotels were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the ahotel requires a taxi to the old town. The train ride between the two cities was about 3 hours with beautiful scenery.
We did lose a day due to a flight issue coming out of Venice. The water taxi info we were given wasn't what we encountered at the Venice airport on the way which was a little stressful.
We ended up on a bus instead of a train from Ljubljana to a connection to get on a train to Vienna which was a little confusing. It's probably just the way they always do it but it was a little tough for us to navigate that portion.
Hotels were ok, the one in Vienna was awesome the others were just ok.
The customer service via live chat was attentive but they really couldn't help with the travel issues we had. It would have been good to know that we had to handle any changes and figure it out.
Hotel in Venice- Ca del arte was pleasant, clean, comfortable. Would stay again. Hotel in Zagrab- Dubrovnik Hotel was a great location, comfortable, nice. Air transportation was what we booked. No problems.
