The city is alive with activity in its trendy neighborhoods like Miraflores, the beachfronts of Costa Verde and Barranco, and the upscale boutiques, massive shopping plazas, and exclusive shops. Some of the most popular attractions include Plaza Bolivar, Plaza Italia, the Plaza de Armas and the breathtaking panoramas of the Alameda Chabuca Granda viewpoint.

History enthusiasts will love Lima`s National Museum of Anthropology, the Museo de Arte de Lima and Gold Museum, the pre-Colombian Huaca Huallamarca temple and the Huaca Pullana site, to Colonial Basilica Cathedral.
