The airline was a nightmare but the rest of the trip was amazing. The crane resort was beautiful and so was the waldorf astoria

We were really disappointed with the beach resort, we didn't see anything in the description that it was a no-smoking hotel, and they wouldn't let us even smoke on the beach which is abnormal for the amount of travel we do to different similar places. The hotel and staff were fine but I don't think you disclosed information like that well when booking this hotel, we wouldn't have stayed there.
