Bavaro

Bavaro is the main tourist hub of Punta Cana. The majority of the resorts are found in this neighborhood, which straddles some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The area boasts amazing paradise scenery in a safe and convenient location. Staying in Bavaro gives you easy access to plenty of shopping, attractions and fantastic nightlife.

Cap Cana

Cap Cana is a great area, particularly famous for its upscale vibe. It is a very safe and well connected to the airport and other important attractions. You can visit the fantastic marina, where you’ll find mega-yachts go by, and various fishing and diving charters that arrive/depart from here. Golden Beaches in the area include Caleton Beach, Fishermen’s Beach and Juanillo Beach. Also nearby are various world-class golf courses, bird watching at the Scape Park, which is also home to tropical flora or head to the Iguabonita Cave to see some beautiful crystal and limestone formations.

Many 5 Star hotels are located close to the marina. Just a few streets back you’ll find many more inexpensive options such as hostels and lower graded hotels. The waterfront also offers many bars, clubs and shops.
