Muscat clings to a long stretch of shoreline boasting some of the cleanest beaches on the Arabian Peninsula dotted with a variety of hotels. The Oman beaches are famous over the world as one of the preferred turtle nesting sites, which can be witnessed between the months of April and August. Being that these hotels are situated on the coastline of Muscat, visitors will find it convenient to many amenities such as shops, restaurants and plenty of water activities such as parasailing, jet skiing and scuba diving. Al Qurrum, Qantab, and Kalbuh are among the famous beaches in Muscat that you can visit. Qurum beach, in particular, is a favorite amongst tourists. It is considered as one of the cleanest and best beaches in Muscat. The water is exceptionally clear, allowing activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving.

The coastline is lined with many palm trees and runs close to 2.5 miles long. Don’t worry about the summer heat as there are many private cabanas and sun lounges that you can rent from the local vendors and hotels.
