WEIYANG

The Weiyang District is one of Xi`An`s nine districts, set in the north of the city center just outside the City Walls, this neighborhood is a popular business district where a wide range of businesses and government offices are located. Weiyang Road is the main road that connects to North Street which is one of the four main roads that intersect in the inner city within the city walls. There are plenty of attractions found here including hotels, museums, restaurants, shopping and nightlife options. The Daming Palace National Heritage Park sits to the East of the Weiyang District and the City Wall.

YANTA

The Yanta District is one of Xi`An`s nine districts situated to the south of the city center. This is a famous historical and cultural neighborhood that is filled with popular tourist attractions and a wide range of hotels. Yanta is located off the main road that runs south from the city center which runs through the inner city within the City Walls. The area south of the city walls is a well-known shopping district featuring high-end stores and shopping malls. Many attractions in this area are easily accessible on foot such as the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Paradise, Shaanxi Museum and the Xian Quijang Museum of Fine Arts.
