Loved the Prince Wakiki It''s sad that they charge a $150 fee above the package. The transfer from airport to hotel at $100 pp is way over priced. We used Uber for 3 people for $50. We booked an activity each day. The scuba in lagoon was not so great, partly b/c of all the recent rain I guess. The trolley to Diamond Head was fine. I didn''t realize we needed reservations to hike. We enjoyed the farmer''s market on the way back. We thoroughly enjoyed the bike ride through rain forest. The views were breathtaking, the guide, Makai, very knowledgeable. We also went to Pearl Harbor Then we flew to Maui. Flight was great. Residence Inn was great. Did laundry first night. Booked snorkeling and that was great. Tried to find scuba opportunities, but could not. Even the concierge at Inn called around and no one was doing scuba b/c of the rain. So, thank, Mark for trying. I wish have the detail charge for each payment. So I could show to the property how much I paid when we have some arrangement. But I really appreciate your quick response. Also remind us to bring adapter. Some of hotel still don’t have phone charge jack. Get transportation card at station or order before.

I asked about canceling one of my 7 tickets so I could rebook one passenger as business class. I was told “your tickets are nonrefundable - you can’t do that. You can just buy another flight” When the war with Iran started and the airspace over Qatar closed, I booked new flights on KoreanAir. I was surprised to see a button on the American Air app that said “cancel flight” for my tickets through Doha. I clicked it - and it turned out I could cancel my flight. I ended up getting flight credits minus a fee. Why had the travel agent not allowed me to do that earlier when I wanted to cancel one of my tickets? Eventually my Flight through Doha was canceled and I would have been entitled to a full refund (no fee). The poor communication cost me $2,000 in fees and now I have flight credits instead of cash back from my original flight.
