The transfer from airport to hotel at $100 pp is way over priced. We used Uber for 3 people for $50.

I asked about canceling one of my 7 tickets so I could rebook one passenger as business class. I was told “your tickets are nonrefundable - you can’t do that. You can just buy another flight”
When the war with Iran started and the airspace over Qatar closed, I booked new flights on KoreanAir. I was surprised to see a button on the American Air app that said “cancel flight” for my tickets through Doha. I clicked it - and it turned out I could cancel my flight. Flight through Doha was canceled and I would have been entitled to a full refund (no fee). The poor communication cost me $2,000 in fees and now I have flight credits instead of cash back from my original flight.
