If I had to make one suggestion it would be to maybe show a map of trusted ATMs or a list of to does before embarking on the trip, such as exchange cash to euros, what the norm is on tipping. Other than that the hotels and drivers were super professional and more willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you.

2010 Customer ReviewsWhile the hotel in Paris wasn''t the best (insane amount of street noise and bus/trains shook the room constantly), the location of the hotel couldn''t be beat. Great location next to trains and buses made up for the rest. Note that the bathroom also left very little to the imagination. The hotel in Rome was perfection. Quiet street but very near lots of restaurants and activities. The host (Francesco) was absolutely amazing. The Tripmasters website was okay but could be improved greatly. One improvement could be the ability to save an itinerary for longer than just a day or two to allow for additional research and planning. It''s also not particularly intuitive or easy to navigate. For example, setting parameters for going through the excursions was terrible. I will say that Tripmasters was GREAT with providing continuing information throughout the trip. And the PDF sent with all of the details of the trip (flights, hotels, excursions) was absolutely the best and so helpful. I would absolutely book another trip through Tripmasters again, despite the web 1.0 design of the website.... lol

Transfer from Athens airport to Nine Athens Hotel, Athens, Greece - Alex from TLT Transport Services gets 5 Stars!!! He was wonderful! Nine Athens Hotel, Athens Greece - perfect hotel room (although we could have used more towel hooks) but this room and hotel is in a great location, great staff and 5 star breakfast is served! I had to book my own transfer to the Piraeus port to take the ferry to Mykonos, this was not offered as part as our itinerary - we used Welcome Pickups - highly recommend them Transfer from the ferry in Mykonos to Kosmoplaz Hotel in Mykonos - our ferry was changed and I was notified however NST Travel was not so we had to contact them when we arrived. Short wait, staff was awesome but better communication would be better, we did not know we had to let them know if our ferry changed. Kosmoplaz Hotel - our first room was not that great and our shower completely flooded the bathroom, they kindly moved us to a different room that was nicer, had a nicer view but supplies were very slim in this room and because it was a top floor did not have a shower head, we had to shower using a hand help shower head which was very odd. The beach cabanas are not run by the hotel that are out front and they took us for a ride charging astronomical charges for “free” beach beds if we bought a drink. We spent almost $200 Euro - not happy. The next day we went down the beach to Yialo Yialo beach restaurant and the staff there were amazing - beach beds only $10 Euro each and food and drink prices very reasonable. Transfer from hotel to ferry for Santorini was scheduled way too early. We were picked up at 6:55am and arrived at the port by 7:15am and the ferry was not scheduled to depart until 9:50am - our driver was great and even wondered why we were there so early. We could have slept another hour easily in the morning, the ferry was also delayed that day so our wait was even longer. Would highly recommend anyone traveling on these ferries to book business class or premium as the economy class is awful. Thank goodness we were business class. Transfer from Santorini ferry to Mill Houses hotel - we contacted NST travel to let them know ferry was running late - our driver was one of the first signs to be seen! So happy he was standing right as we debarked! Awesome! Mill Houses hotel was a wonderful place to stay - staff was awesome - especially the gentleman who had to carry our bags down and up those crazy steps! We tipped well! Transfer from Mill Houses hotel to Santorini airport for flight to Athens - our driver was early and we arrived to the airport early without anything to stress about. AEGEAN airlines is a fantastic airline - very clean and professional staff! Sofitel Hotel at the Athens airport is very nice, our room was very warm, could not get it to cool off, but we had dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was fantastic
Hotels were good except the last one in Barcelona. The Lincoln Lounge is located near the city center and covenient, however, it was not good. The entrance was locked and we need to keep knocking, the elvevator bell was not working, the room was not sound proof. The first night we could not sleep well, there was noises from bar? whole night until probably until 4:00 am. If I go to Barcelona, I woul not go that hotel at all. I recommend you to find another places. Even if we did not meet the pick-up driver at Madrid Airport, I am not complaining. It took so long to go through the immigration (1-1/2 hour), we came out 2 hours after arrival. The driver might have thought we did not come and eft. And I really appreciate for the customer service person Marivic Donato for quick response to my question and requests.
