Tripmasters needs to warn potential travelers to the UK that they need to confirm their ETA approval BEFORE booking. Our family of ten were all approved within minutes except one. His took over six weeks and caused him not to be able to join us for that leg of the trip. No one was able to explain the time lag or expedite his approval. Tripmasters pretty much blew us off when we got in touch and offered no help of any kind to re-route, reschedule, etc. He received approval three days into our trip when it was too late to join us in the UK. Had we known we could have hit such bumps we would not have booked until be had ETA clearance. It cost use thousands. This lapse needs to be fixed.
We loved our Paris hotel, the Z Hotel Holborn not so much. A Z Hotel employee told us they could not store our bags for a couple of hours until check-in, instead charging $30 for early check-in. Later we learned that was not true from another employee, that they would have held our bags for free.

I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
