One thing that would have helped us was to know ahead of time how time consuming it is to go from downtown NYC to JFK Airport. It would be good if you add a comment about it in future trips.

I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
