The hotel in London is too small. Three excursions have been cancelled at the last moment without replacement. The info about the Hop on/off bus stop in London was wrong. Ticketing in the Louvre museum is extremely confusing.
I got a problem at the airport. The guy at the Delta counter couldn't find my name. I didn't know what causes the problem. So I called customer service at the TripMasters. They were very helpful. It took half an hour and finally we got on the airplane with few minutes to spare. It was a very scary experience. I thought that we couldn't make it. In the future please have a better connection between Tripmasters and airline company so it will never happen again
I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
