Begin in Terceira Island (nestled in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean, one of the larger islands of the archipelago, surrounded by rolling hills and sea views); and then, hop a flight to Faial (known as the Blue Island of the Azores due its profusion of blue hydrangeas); and finally, fly to Sao Miguel (a glorious island filled with ocean views and volcanic scenery).
