This is my first time booking with Trip master, when we arrives Rio de janeiro, one of our luggage was left in Panama city, it took 2 days before I finally got it, since I don't have underwear, no socks, no shirt, we have to go and buy some, anticipating that I might not get my luggage back. I also do have my medical maintenance that was inside my suitcase, I have to call my doctor for prescription so i can buy them in Rio de Janeiro, then when we get back, two of our luggage was again stuck in Panama City, up to now I have not received them yet.
Overall the trip was good, so is the hotel and activities.
