These cities in Peru and Colombia are waiting to be explored, offering historic charm and exciting attractions. Visit Cuzco (former capital city of the Incas and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The historic walled city remains alongside the ultramodern skyscraper-filled Bocagrande. Cartagena is famous for its castles, culture, history and colorful buildings as well as the iconic palenqueras –Afro-Colombian women in bright dresses selling fruit in Cartagena`s plazas-). Peru's wealth of archaeological treasures is the most extensive in the Americas and includes the incomparable 'Lost City' of Machu Picchu and an abundance of spectacular Incan ruins. Here, in the cradle of Pre-Colombian civilization, more than 10,000 years of human culture survives in Peru's archaeological riches, music, dance, sophisticated cuisine, and in the spirit of its fascinating people.

Cuzco
Cuzco was the epicenter of Inca civilization until the arrival of the Spaniards in 1533. Fortunately, many stunning Incan structures have survived and helped to make Cuzco the archaeological capital of the Americas, and Peru's most popular destination. Gateway to the Sacred Valley, and the lost city of Machu Picchu, Cuzco has a seemingly endless array of historic attractions, both Incan and colonial.
Visit the Cuzco main square, Cathedral, Sol Avenue, Koricancha Temple, Kenko, Don Antonia dinner show, and much more! -
Cartagena
Walk through Cartagena's welcoming alleys and streets and you will discover one of the most fascinating towns in the Caribbean, with a uniquely romantic atmosphere and well-preserved colonial architectural treasures. To add to its Caribbean Sea appeal, Cartagena guards inside its walls the largest fortification in the Americas, built during Colonial times to protect it from pirates and buccaneers. Throw in the cultural mélange resulting from the Spanish-indigenous mix and you have a vibrant city that should be on every traveler's must-see list.
