Lake Titicaca - Puno
Puno is believed to be the first hub of the indigenous migration in Peru and the birthplace of the Aymara people that existed in southern Peru before the Incas. The main attraction here is the stunningly beautiful Lake Titicaca, and its fabled islands including the floating islands of the Uru people created entirely of dried totora reeds.
