City Center

If you want to partake in nightlife and be in walking distance to everything.

Pazar Vjeter (Buna River)

Staying in the Pazar Vjeter area will require about a 5-10 minute drive to get to the city center of Shkoder. Many of these hotels offer mountain views and natural surroundings.

Nature lovers like this location for the pleasant walks around the Buna River. The Buna is a short 27 river that originates from Lake Shkodra and meanders its way to the Adriatic Sea. The river splits into several arms near Velipoja, forming a marshy low-lying delta area with a few fishing villages and one large island on the Montenegrin side.

Outskirts

The Shkodra region is characterized by the particular combination of sea and mountain. The natural landscapes in the outskirts of the city are beautiful. Staying outside the city is a relaxing alternative to get away from the noise and hustle of the city life. These hotels and accommodations are typically set within areas that offer dining and shopping as well. You will want to have a car to explore and get into the city.
