Ok, it's time to hit the water, get your bearings and get the feel of the bike. This should take about a minute... these bikes are easy, safe and anybody can do it.

Head down river passed the famous Noosaville Jetty strip, checking out all the quirkiness along the way. Participants will then cross over to the North Shore and explore the "Frying Pan". Here they have the chance to see huge flock of birds, spot other amazing species along with schools of fish and stingrays.

Experience beautiful scenery including pristine mangroves and beaches, while cruising silently across the smooth waters. Simply breathtaking.

Noosa River (Pass by)

Riding on the river is like nothing you've done before! Enjoy a ride around the Goat Island conservation park with mangroves, stingrays and birdlife, or cruise down toward the Noosa Sound and check out river life on the jetties and some of the amazing waterfront properties.

You can take the time to watch our online safety video and once you are ready to roll, we will give you the "best" advice on the day about the weather conditions (currents, tides, winds etc). Your "approximate" 5 minute paddle to the North Tip of Bribie Island awaits. Yep - it's that easy.

After meeting your guide at the designated location in Noosa Heads or Noosaville, settle into your comfortable 4-wheel drive vehicle for the scenic drive to Teewah Beach via the Noosa North Shore ferry.

Your Explorer tour begins with a cruise across stunning Lake Cootharaba where we enter the Australia's only Everglades.

Stopping at Fig Tree point you have the option to participate in a 600m rainforest walk or board your Canadian style canoe for a leisurely paddle upstream through ancient landscapes, mirrored waterways know as "The River of Mirrors".

Guides provide expert commentary on the flora & fauna and rich history of the area. Witness sub-tropical rainforest thousands of years old and the surrounding serenity of the Cooloola National Park. A light refreshment is served during the tour.

eFoiling is an experience like no other and it has a fast learning curve.
Flying smoothly and quietly above the water, it's a truely memorable experience that will be sure to surprise you, not just the feeling, but by how easy it is!
We use Fliteboards, they are the world's best efoils, the easiest to learn on and provide the smoothest ride. We also provide top quality safety equipment including helmets, lifejackets and wetsuits for those cooler months.
Your lesson includes a full 1.5 hours with the instructor ensuring plenty of time to enjoy efoiling. We were the first eFoil school in Australia so you can be assured of excellent instruction provided by experienced instructors.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll take part in a 1.5 hour step by step instructed lesson on how to efoil. We provide 15 minutes of safety and technique tips on the jetty before getting in the water with you for 1hr 15 mins. Put aside 2 hours for the entire experience.
During this time on the water we head up river to a beautiful natural spot at the start of the Great Sandy National Park where riders have plenty of room to learn their new favourite sport.
We start riders in a safe and easy manner by riding on their knees or sitting down, before progressing to standing on the efoil. A small group and an experienced instructor ensures we'll have you in the air quickly, most people are surprised at the fast learning curve.
If you've efoiled before, no problem as our lesson incorporates a tour so you'll enjoy it as well. You'll be sure to get plenty of time in the air and we usually find some small adjustments to help your riding progression.

We start the day with a scenic country drive towards the biggest of the Glass House Mountains, Mt Beerwah. On the way there, we drive between various other Glass House Mountains peaks.
Glass House Mountains is approximately 75 minutes drive from Noosa.
You will be guided on a short walk into the Glass House Mountains National Park to a striking viewing area of Mt Beerwah and the organ pipes.

Soon after admiring Mt Beerwah, we will drive to the best viewing location of Mt Coonowrin, the second tallest of the Glass House Mountains, with a distinctly unique shape.

Many of these beaches only accessible by 4×4, enjoy the views of white sandy beaches with the Pacific Ocean on one side and natural bush land on the other side.

40-mile Beach: A pristine stretch of white sand with stunning headland views all the way from Noosa to Double Island Point

WHAT TO EXPECT

We meet at our trailer in the car park at Beach Access No 11 in Claude Batten Drive at Noosa Heads 15 minutes before the lesson begins. We provide a long sleeved rash/sun shirt (or wetsuit in winter) and select the correct size soft beginner surf board and then walk to the beach. We begin with a safety talk and some basic instruction on the beach and then catch our first few waves in waist deep water. We then return to the beach for more detailed instruction about how to stand up. We then spend the rest of the lesson in the water with the instructor assisting everyone to stand up.

Shared Tour - Joels Journeys will pick-up and drop-off customers from their home or accommodation in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Twin Waters, Marcoola, Coolum Beach, Peregian Beach, Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Tewantin and anywhere in between these hubs, when this tour is booked as a shared tour. Please ensure you provide your pick-up address when you make the booking.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1: Gympie

Youll be picked up to start the day with a beautiful scenic drive to the historical Gympie Station for your one-way journey on the Mary Valley Rattler classic steam locomotive. You will have time to explore the historical station and its museum, get a close look at the classic steam engine, buy a souvenir, and grab a drink from the station cafe if you wish. You will then depart on your train for a one-way, one-hour experience on the Mary Valley Rattler classic steam locomotive to the historical Amamoor station.

2: Amamoor

Once you have arrived at Amamoor station, you will have time to appreciate this small country town and watch the steam engine get turned around on a historical turntable.

3: Imbil

Next we take a nice country drive to a picturesque little town called Imbil, previously nominated as one of Queenslands top tiny tourist towns. Here well explore the corners of this pretty little town, including the town lookout with a panoramic views of the Mary Valley.

4: Kenilworth

We then continue our scenic country drive to the heart of the Mary Valley, Kenilworth, where you will be treated to a delicious lunch and drink of your choosing. Dont eat too much for lunch, because you will want to save room for the delicious donuts, chocolates and cheeses on offer in the main street of Kenilworth, that you will have free time to explore after lunch.

5: Mary Valley

Your final experience on this tour will be a 1.2km guided fig tree walk through giant figs and a forest alive with birdsongs. This walk is paved and flat and optional. Alternatively, guest who don't feel comfortable doing this walk can enjoy the creekside park nearby the conjunction of the creek and the Mary River.
We will then complete our journey with another country drive towards the coast to drop you at your accommodation by no later than 4:30pm, in time for sunset and dinner.
