Everything matched up perfectly along the way to 3 different cities in Europe. We did not like the hotel (Rum Hotel) in Budapest much. The AC was horrible and the rooftop bar was closed. Moderately clean. Good customer service though. Would have been nice to sit next to each other on our trains but not a big deal. Everything else was excellent. Would use you again.

If I had to make one suggestion it would be to maybe show a map of trusted ATMs or a list of to does before embarking on the trip, such as exchange cash to euros, what the norm is on tipping. Other than that the hotels and drivers were super professional and more willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you.

704 Customer ReviewsThe past few trips we have had problems with flights- last minute changes etc. this last trip we paid to upgrade our east & our flight got changed- hassle to get refund & we ended up with horrible seats - I am 5’10 & husband 6’4 we had middle and window & horrible layovers - I know your hands are a bit tied in this but it has become so bad & frustrating we will most likely do our next trip on our own & not use trip master because it was that bad

Tripmasters was excellent overall. It made traveling to multiple European destinations easy and convenient. Everything matched up perfectly along the way to 3 different cities in Europe. Our first hotel in Paris was wonderful, although we only had one night there despite booking it for three since our flight was cancelled and we did not arrive until the following day. We were able to change our train to Nice, which was helpful so that we did not lose another day on the train. The change was easily made and the person helping me was super helpful. When our flight was cancelled, I reached out via phone call to Tripmasters and Shara Espiritu was so helpful in trying to help me figure out how if there were other flights available to take. She was on the phone with United for several hours and ultimately was able to extend our trip for one day in Nice without being charged by the airline. She contacted the hotels in Paris and Nice to explain our travel changes. This would have taken a very long time for me to figure out if she hadn''t been there to help. I appreciated her assistance and patience when there was so much unknown. She helped put us at ease and kept calling me back to check in. The only issue we encountered was the booking of the second hotel. We had two rooms and one was booked for an economy room and the other a traditional. I am not sure how this happened in the initial booking since there was one itinerary. My friend called Tripmasters and they reached out to the hotel, but there was no response from the hotel. My friend spoke with the person at the hotel and they ultimately made a room change because the conidtions of the room were awful (leaking a/c, ants, and no light in the bathroom). I would think that if we booked together, the rooms would be at the same booking level, but that was not the case. The hotel said I paid $25 more for my room which I did not at the time of booking.
