WHAT TO EXPECT

Begin your day of adventure and relaxation with a pickup from your hotel in Nadi. Gaze out the windows at the lush scenery during the drive to the zipline course.

Upon arrival, listen to an orientation and watch a safety demonstration. Get fitted for a helmet and harness by your experienced adventure guides, then begin your adventure.

Clip in and zoom off through the forests, caves, and canyons. Get panoramic ocean views from the course.

After your adventure, sit down to lunch at the zipline course. Vegetarian options are available on request at time of booking.

Back in the tour vehicle, travel to the hot springs and mud pools. Change into your swimwear and step into the thick mud pools. Coat yourself in the healing mud and then lie in the sun to let it dry. Rinse off and head to the hot springs for a relaxing spa bath; pools range in temperature from warm to very hot. Opt to hire a therapist for a traditional Fijian massage (own expense).

WHAT TO EXPECT

Start your day with convenient pickup at your hotel in the Nadi Airport area or Denarau hotel. Meet your guide, climb into a waiting tour vehicle, and set off on a sightseeing drive through Nadi Town.

Stop at the Rahmatullah Khan Muslim School, where you'll be welcomed with a traditional kava ceremony and watch some entertainment put on by the village residents. Have a look around the village and meet some locals, then head for Natadola Beach.

On the beach, refuel with some provided snacks, then fill your time with whatever you wish: snorkeling, horseback riding, and massage are available for purchase. Otherwise, you're welcome to just relax in the sand or take a swim. If you're hungry, the guide can arrange a stop at one of the nearby resorts to purchase lunch.

Most visitors to Fiji never leave the beach. You will. This guided e-bike tour takes you into Fiji's living, breathing interior: a world of sugarcane fields, rocky streams, and village life that most tourists never reach.

Ride through the Sabeto heartland with local guides who grew up on these tracks. During cutting season, you'll meet sugarcane farmers working the fields of western Viti Levu. During mango season, you'll stop beneath laden trees and hear stories of childhood in Fiji. Every ride is different. Every ride is real.

Basic cycling experience needed. The e-bikes handle the effort, you just show up and take it all in. Guides will refresh you with a fresh coconut and fruit along the way, a local touch that turns a tour into a memory!
