The reservation for my flights was horrible! 5 1/2 hour lay over in LA when there was an earlier flight available, I checked! also a 2 hour layover from Oahu to Maui, unaccceptable as it is a short direct flight available as well. We spent a good portion of our expensive vacation in airports, we are so disappointed and exhausted! I have booked through tripmasters before and was delighted with the experience, but never again!

It was a bit challenging to book the trip. We called several times to try and get some help figuring out booking but the consultant could not offer very much information, kept referring us to the website. In order to find the cheapest days to fly we had to manually enter different dates. It was hard to figure out the different room types on the website because the room descriptions did not match the rooms offered on the hotel websites. It was a bit nerve racking not knowing where are seats would be on the flights but thankfully we were able to get all 4 of us together by trading seats and talking to the airline desk. The hotels were in the perfect locations for what we wanted to see but we also had back round knowledge when we booked them. Over all we had a successful family vacation abroad.

The accommodations in Chiang Mai were very uncomfortable. Bangkok and Phuket were wonderful. The flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai was great; the flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket was just okay.
