Booked a Hawaiian vacation thru trimesters. The resorts Prince Waikiki (HNL) and Hyatt Resort Maui were 1st class. Love the upgrade to club lounge Prince Waikiki with excellent selection of breakfast lunch and dinner throughout the day. UPGRADE well worth it!! Hyatt with exotic animals including numerous birds and PENQUINS in the lobby. Parking at Prince Waikiki across street $1 dollar per hour or $40/d to use parking garage. Hyatt parking $40 valet or $35/d self parking. Do the Valet, worth it. Plus we received a $150 credit that we used for parking at the Hyatt to pay for valet. Check into car rentals were challenging to say the least. Both Thrifty and budget car rentals were 1 .5 hours and 1 hour respectively to obtain cars. Needless to say after long flight from east coast this was the last thing we wanted to do. Minimal staffing at both rentals with lines out the door!! The cars however functioned well and were appropriate for our stay. Overall had to add another

I wish have the detail charge for each payment. So I could show to the property how much I paid when we have some arrangement. But I really appreciate your quick response. Also remind us to bring adapter. Some of hotel still don’t have phone charge jack. Get transportation card at station or order before.

What I like was the app and coordination you provided. Documentns, reservations all there in the app. Also the SeepMai hotel in Chiang Mae had a n amazing staff. The New Squadw in Potang was not great. Of clean and staff not so nice.Would not recommend.
