Delhi
Delhi is divided in two, New Delhi (the national capital) and Old Delhi, the ancient metropolitan city which sits on the banks of the Yamuna River. A city of contrasts featuring architecture that ranges from the 10th-century Hindu-Rajputana to the 17th century Mughal and 20th-century British influences. Old Delhi is dominated by the grand bazaar of Chandni Chowk set inside the ancient walls of the sprawling Red Fort. The city has a large arts and crafts industry with markets solely dedicated to certain products such as The Spice Market, The Gold and Silver Market and The Handicrafts Market.

Agra
Agra, in India's Uttar Pradesh state, is world famous as home to the impressive Taj Mahal, one of three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the city, the others being Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. The most elegant dome of the Taj Mahal rises 80 feet over the building and directly under the dome is the tomb of Mumtaz Mahal, Shah Jahan's favorite wife, for whom the palace was built. The Agra Fort across the Yamuna River was built by the same Moghul rulers who built the Taj.
