    The ancient temple town of Nagano was built around the Zenkoji Temple, which is one of Japan`s most popular temples. The popular city was also the host of the 1998 Winter Olympic Games which make it a great city for outdoor enthusiasts. Nagano is the gateway to the onsen and ski resorts in the nearby Japanese Alps and is a spectacular winter destination boasting some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country. Visit and discover the great Zenkoji Temple, Togakushi Shrine, Mizuno Museum, Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park, Shibu Onsen, Nagano Olympic Stadium, Shiraito Falls, and so much more.
