This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Due to renovations, the foot bath and the Sky Garden on the 8th floor are not available from September 1-December 20, 2025.
Fees

Renovations and closures
The property will be renovating from September 1 2025 to December 20 2025 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
During renovations, the ryokan will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
Know before you go
- Hot springs access available from 5:30 AM to 12:30 AM.
- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Alcohol is not permitted at this property.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
