OVERVIEWExperience at a "real soba restaurant" that is not for tourism
This experience is not held in a dedicated experience facility, but in a real hand-made soba restaurant that is actually open.
The soba chefs who make and serve soba noodles on a daily basis give direct instruction, so you can learn about Japanese soba culture "in the real world."It is not simplified for sightseeing, but a major feature of soba is that you can experience the same process and way of thinking as Japanese people usually eat soba.
Experience the "complete soba making process" from start to finish
While many cooking experiences experience only a part of the process, in this plan,
Mix buckwheat flour Put dough together Stretch Cut
You will experience the whole sequence of:It is a composition that allows you to experience the delicacy of soba making and why craftsmanship is required.
The luxury of tasting freshly beaten and boiled
The experience is unique in that you can taste your own soba noodles at the most delicious time.
Freshly made and boiled, soba has a completely different aroma and texture than the soba eaten in restaurants. In order to bring out the original flavor of soba, we offer a variety of Japanese-style dishes such as warm soba sauce and tenkasu.
Hokkaido's seasonal tempura and sake close to soba
The tempura served with soba noodles is mainly made from seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido.
It is simple cooking that utilizes the taste of the ingredients, and emphasizes compatibility with soba.
Sake is three types of local sake from Hokkaido carefully selected by the dominant sake master.
By comparing two types of cold sake and one type of warmed sake, you can experience the change in aroma and taste depending on the temperature.
By pairing it with soba noodles and tempura, you can realize that sake is sake to enjoy with meals.
Premium Experience with Small Groups
Because it is a private experience for a small number of people, you can enjoy learning because you are close to the craftsmen.
You can enjoy the experience and the meal in a calm space.
It's not mass acceptance, so we focus on politeness and quality experiences.
"Memorable Experiences" of Travel in Japan
This experience is more than just cooking classes and meals.

But in all its taste, aroma and texture, there is no compromise.
It is a traditional Japanese food with an authentic and powerful taste that overturns the image that gluten-free equals a meal to endure.
In fact, soba is originally a staple food culture in Japan that does not use wheat.
That is the best gluten-free food that is needed around the world right now.
Gluten-free soba making is very difficult [few soba artisans can make 10% soba]

Authentic soba-making experience at a traditional soba restaurant [It will be a private experience limited to one set]
This soba-making experience was originally designed for Japanese guests.
In Japan, many people love soba but have never made it themselves.Soba-making is traditionally considered artisanal and usually takes place in an enclosed workshop, with many soba-making classes requiring a fixed schedule and lengthy training.
In response to requests to experience soba noodles more easily and in earnest, this hands-on class was held at a full-fledged soba restaurant that has been open for many years.
During the experience, you will learn traditional soba making methods, such as mixing dough, stretching, cutting noodles, and tasting freshly made soba noodles. This Program follows an established structure refined through years of practice.
English explanations are concise and include visual demonstrations.
This experience is ideal for those who want to learn and experience Japanese food culture through hands-on learning rather than detailed lectures or Guided tours.
This is not a cooking school or sightseeing performance, but an opportunity to step into an authentic soba restaurant working environment, experience traditions that are not usually open to the public, and understand how to eat soba.
After the soba making experience, you will receive your own soba noodles and [tempura made by a Japanese food craftsman].
Japanese people are accustomed to eating tempura with soba.I want more customers to experience Japanese food.
* This is a real handmade soba restaurant with over 10 years of history.
