OVERVIEWCome see the fantastically illuminated ice sculptures!
The ice sculptures are made from the crystal clear waters of Lake Shikotsu, and the colorfully lit ice art creates a fantastical and mystical landscape. Of course, it's also perfect for taking great photos on social media.
A variety of large and small ice sculptures, made by freezing Lake Shikotsu's water with sprinklers, line the grounds. At night, they are illuminated with colorful lights, creating a magical world. The main ice sculpture is a masterpiece that took a team of about 10 people more than two months to create, and its impressive beauty is truly remarkable when viewed up close.

The luxury of tasting freshly beaten and boiled
The experience is unique in that you can taste your own soba noodles at the most delicious time.
Freshly made and boiled, soba has a completely different aroma and texture than the soba eaten in restaurants. In order to bring out the original flavor of soba, we offer a variety of Japanese-style dishes such as warm soba sauce and tenkasu.
Hokkaido's seasonal tempura and sake close to soba
The tempura served with soba noodles is mainly made from seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido.
It is simple cooking that utilizes the taste of the ingredients, and emphasizes compatibility with soba.
Sake is three types of local sake from Hokkaido carefully selected by the dominant sake master.
By comparing two types of cold sake and one type of warmed sake, you can experience the change in aroma and taste depending on the temperature.
By pairing it with soba noodles and tempura, you can realize that sake is sake to enjoy with meals.
Premium Experience with Small Groups
Because it is a private experience for a small number of people, you can enjoy learning because you are close to the craftsmen.
You can enjoy the experience and the meal in a calm space.
It's not mass acceptance, so we focus on politeness and quality experiences.

OVERVIEWA special plan that combines a buckwheat noodle making experience with Pro tempura cooking.
You will first experience the traditional 100% manufacturing process.
I eat my own buckwheat noodles with tempura.
Tempura is made by Japanese food craftsmen
Easy to explain in English and supported by visual demonstrations, it is ideal for guests who prefer hands-on learning to Guided lectures.
This is not a cooking class for tourists, but a true opportunity to experience Japanese craftsmanship that combines practical traditions with Pro skills.
This will be a real handmade soba restaurant with a history of over 10 years in Sapporo.
We want you to enjoy the traditional Japanese food, soba-noodle making experience, which has been going on since the Edo period (1600)!
This trial course comes with tempura.
Tempura is a traditional Japanese food, and tempura is also a traditional Japanese food known from around 1600.
Soba and tempura have their own unique charms.
Soba and tempura are not only delicious, but also create synergies when eaten together, providing an even more enjoyable food experience.
Tempura is made by a Pro Japanese chef
Tempura is a dish of battered and deep-fried vegetables and seafood that perfectly matches the crispy texture of the batter and the flavor of the ingredients.Typical ingredients include shrimp, eggplant, seasonal vegetables and local ingredients.
Hokkaido is the most famous soba producing region in Japan.Because the climate and soil conditions in Hokkaido make it suitable for growing soba, high-quality soba is produced.
Hokkaido's soba cuisine is a luxurious experience where you can enjoy local ingredients and culture. Therefore, it is also popular with tourists visiting Hokkaido. The soba experience in Hokkaido is a good opportunity to deeply understand Japanese soba culture and enjoy the local flavors.
The soba making experience time will be around 30 minutes. After that, taste your own soba noodles and tempura
If you have around 1 hour and 15 minutes, it will all be over.
Even small children can enjoy soba making.
You don't need anything to bring or prepare. Please feel free to come.
We hope you enjoy it as a commemorative Hokkaido dinner.
Also, our shop is a handmade soba shop.
I will tell you how Japanese eat soba and how to eat it.

Authentic soba-making experience at a traditional soba restaurant [It will be a private experience limited to one set]
This soba-making experience was originally designed for Japanese guests.
In Japan, many people love soba but have never made it themselves.Soba-making is traditionally considered artisanal and usually takes place in an enclosed workshop, with many soba-making classes requiring a fixed schedule and lengthy training.
In response to requests to experience soba noodles more easily and in earnest, this hands-on class was held at a full-fledged soba restaurant that has been open for many years.
During the experience, you will learn traditional soba making methods, such as mixing dough, stretching, cutting noodles, and tasting freshly made soba noodles. This Program follows an established structure refined through years of practice.
English explanations are concise and include visual demonstrations.
This experience is ideal for those who want to learn and experience Japanese food culture through hands-on learning rather than detailed lectures or Guided tours.
This is not a cooking school or sightseeing performance, but an opportunity to step into an authentic soba restaurant working environment, experience traditions that are not usually open to the public, and understand how to eat soba.
After the soba making experience, you will receive your own soba noodles and [tempura made by a Japanese food craftsman].
Japanese people are accustomed to eating tempura with soba.I want more customers to experience Japanese food.
* This is a real handmade soba restaurant with over 10 years of history.
