Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after noon please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is accessible only by boat. The property provides scheduled boat transfers from Ao Prao Pier (Mainland) at 11 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4 PM, and from the resort (Koh Samet) at 10 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests should be at the pier at least 40 minutes prior to departure. Guests who require different departure times may book private speed boat transfers (surcharge).

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: THB 530 for adults and THB 350 for children (approximately)
• Self parking fee: THB 100 per night
