Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is accessible via speedboat or public ferry (fees apply). Ferry transfer options: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the designated pier at least 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Ferry transfers from Rassada Pier in Phuket are available at 8:30 AM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 10:30 AM, and at 1:45 PM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 3:45 PM. From Tonsai Pier, guests board a shared longtail boat ride to the property (30-minutes duration). The one-way ferry transfer fee from Phuket is THB 1350 per guest aged 12 and older, and THB 1250 per child aged 4-11. Ferry transfers from Klong Jilad Pier in Krabi are available at 9 AM with arrival at Tonsai Pier at 11 AM, and at 1:30 PM with arrival time at Tonsai Pier at 3:30 PM. From Tonsai Pier, guests will board a shared longtail boat ride to the property (30-minutes duration). The one-way ferry transfer fee from Krabi is THB 1100 per guest aged 12 and older, and THB 900 per child aged 4-11.
