May - October (Dry Season)

The dry season is from May to October and these winter months are considered as the best times to visit Namibia for game viewing, particularly in the Etosha National Park. The skies are clear, the risk of malaria is at its lowest and the animals congregate around water sources. You should be prepared though for plummeting temperatures in June and July and hot weather in September and October.
