July - October (Summer)

During July - October, flights and room rates are at their lowest, this is in part because these months fall within hurricane season. The weather is sunny with temperatures in the mid 80's reaching up to the high 90's F in July in August. Although summer is officially part of Jamiaca's rainy season, precipitation hovers around four inches in June and August, but drops to three inches in July, making this a good time to visit. Because this is a slow season, you don't have to worry about crowds on the beaches, restaurants, and golf courses. Just be sure to pack an umbrella for the rain.
