Spring - March - May

Springtime in Hong Kong is a pleasant time of year with warm weather and temperate conditions with temperatures that range between 78-80 degrees during the day, and evening lows in the low 60s. The spring season begins in March when the chill of winter is still lingering but the sunshine is slowly warming things up. March is considered the month of art in Hong Kong with numerous interesting festivals and events taking place such as the Art Central and the Asia Contemporary Art Show bringing modern and contemporary art to the city. The Hong Kong Arts Festival begins in late February and ends in March, exploring dance, music, and theatre from all over the world. The weather is perfect for enjoying these types of events. The Bauhinia flowers bloom in the spring, these are the emblem of Hong Kong, a colorful sight to see.
