The Wet Season (June - November)

From June to November, Martinique is quieter with fewer tourists. This is the wet season, which also transforms the island into a vibrant, lush escape. The weather is warmer and more humid, with averages of 86 °F and sea temperatures of about 84 °F. These conditions make the sea warmer and rougher, ideal for surfing and other water sports. The island’s landscape also transforms, becoming greener and vibrant with blooming flora and fauna, and flowing waterfalls. This season is your best bet for decreased tourist numbers and better availability.
