Wet Season - July - November

Visiting during the wet season has its pros and cons. This is a quieter time of year with lower travel costs for flights and accommodations. There are fewer crowds at the beaches and other island attractions, which is a plus. This time of year is typhoon season, from June to September, which brings unpredictable weather and potential travel disruptions. The weather is still warm with high humidity and plenty of sunshine in the day, afternoon thunderstorms are almost a daily occurrence. Typhoons are more likely from July to September, and easterly trade winds are dominant throughout the year, with winds that occasionally exceed 24 mph.
