Spring - September - November

Springtime in Argentina brings some sunshine to brighten and warm up the days, the weather can still be quite chilly with cold mornings and evenings, but pleasant warm afternoons with blue skies and sunshine. It's a great time of year for outdoor enthusiasts with endless opportunities in the verdant landscapes where outdoor activities are abundant like hiking, cycling, climbing, and boating. Visiting the country in November is a busy time of year with the crowds building for the upcoming holiday season. During the spring months, the landscapes are covered with vibrant wildflowers, it is also one of the greenest times of the year to see the normally parched landscapes of Salta. This is an excellent time to visit Iguazu Falls as the previous rains increase the volume of water that roars over the edge of the falls, this in turn creates dramatic scenery at the famous falls.
