    I was so impressed by the app, the way it’s organized and aesthetically pleasing, booking this trip was so easy, we are also avid travelers and usually book trip ourselves but we are truly impressed with your website and its ability to customize hotels, train times etc. I also had to contact your office for some questions and clarification and being able to contact you was so easy, I will definitely use your website again, thank you!

    I was so worried we''d have a glitch, but everything went incredibly smooth. The hotel in Prague was disappointing. The bed was hard, the toilet seat was broken, the kitchen was poorly lit. I went back and read more recent reviews and many people who had stayed there previously were deeply disappointed on their more recent stays. The self check-in was an unpleasant experience for many people we witnessed. The apartment in Krakow was amazing, definitely would reccomend it and we''d stay there again. Such a great, central location and a beautiful apartment. The hotel in Warsaw was nice, and exactly what we needed for a short stay. A quick walk to Old Town. The trains were lovely, and the views while traveling were breathtaking. We had a lot of luggage, so we used Ubers to and from the stations. It was easy to do with the app on my phone, and incredibly cheap in Europe. The flights were great, smooth. Coming home we flew over Greenland''s glaciers. It was so beautiful. I HIGHLY reccomend the upgrade to premium economy if you don''t want to pay for business class. We had wide seats and lots of leg room. The activities were all great, except the walking eating tour of Warsaw. Everyone in our group was disappointed. The guide didn''t arrive with the umbrella as the paper said, and none of our stops were pre-planned, so we had nowhere to sit in the second place we stopped, and eventually just left, walking a MILE to the next place, which was also crowded and not pre-planned but we did manage to push to small tables together. He ordered plates for us to try, but no plates for us to eat on, just passing around a plate and eating off it. It was disgusting and everyone left the "dinner" tour hungry. It was a letdown after an otherwise amazing trip. I did have a question when we were having trouble finding our walking tour in Prague but your customer service was closed when I called and we were left to figure things out on our own. It turned out okay, but that was a little upsetting that I couldn''t reach anyone. Overall, it was an amazing trip and very well organized. We had a great time, and didn''t have to worry about our next steps.
