5 Customer ReviewsMy hotels in Italy were a hit and miss, the first one in Rome was nice, the second in Florence was ok, but I would not like to book the third one from Venice. It was very old and too small. And the activities were also hit and miss. There was a cancellation in every city, so 1 activity from Rome, Florence, and Venice was cancelled. I would book activity from somewhere else.

704 Customer ReviewsThe past few trips we have had problems with flights- last minute changes etc. this last trip we paid to upgrade our east & our flight got changed- hassle to get refund & we ended up with horrible seats - I am 5’10 & husband 6’4 we had middle and window & horrible layovers - I know your hands are a bit tied in this but it has become so bad & frustrating we will most likely do our next trip on our own & not use trip master because it was that bad

We missed one tour as we were confused about the meeting place. The directions said pick up at Hotel. Did not see below that the meeting place was not our Hotel. The tour was rescheduled to another day so we ended up not getting to go on one of the food and wine tours. Also, did not get to use transfer to the hotel. It took too long getting through entry into Portugal and the driver said he could not wait for us.
We can’t think of anything to improve this trip except maybe a day longer stay in each city we visited. The price was perfect for what was involved including airfare, hotels, and rental car. All the hotels we stayed at were great and the access to the cities were perfect. Other than adding a few days, don’t change a thing. Thanks
Everything was great but the first hotel in Prague.. I don’t think it should be part of the tripmasters hotel list. I’m not sure if they sent an email out to tripmasters, but the confirmation code on the tripmasters document wasn’t the code for check in. The whole check in process was a nightmare since there isn’t a staff working onsite but a kiosk was there. Without the code they apparently send separately, it was impossible to check in. We had to wait for the staff to come over and waited for an hour.
