1972 Customer Reviews3 things: Do not recommend the Fashion City hotel in Budpest. The room has 2 very large pillars you literally have to climb on beds to get around. They said all rooms have those support columns. Honestly it was laughable. 2nd you need to forward OBB contact information of travelers. There was a train switch from Prague to Vienna. Our car was 366. The new train only had car numbers 20 to 25. We spent almost and hour being kicked out of seats because no conductor was around to give us a new assigned seats Lastly car service. Given the new EU passport control for non EU citizens it takes a minimum of 2 hours to clear one plane. Car service only waits 60 minutes from landing or estimated arrival. Also, use of phones are now prohibited in passport control areas.

5 Customer ReviewsMy hotels in Italy were a hit and miss, the first one in Rome was nice, the second in Florence was ok, but I would not like to book the third one from Venice. It was very old and too small. And the activities were also hit and miss. There was a cancellation in every city, so 1 activity from Rome, Florence, and Venice was cancelled. I would book activity from somewhere else.

704 Customer ReviewsThe past few trips we have had problems with flights- last minute changes etc. this last trip we paid to upgrade our east & our flight got changed- hassle to get refund & we ended up with horrible seats - I am 5’10 & husband 6’4 we had middle and window & horrible layovers - I know your hands are a bit tied in this but it has become so bad & frustrating we will most likely do our next trip on our own & not use trip master because it was that bad

We traveled from the U.S. to Portugal, with stays in Lisbon and Porto. Booking was easy and expectations were exceedingly met. I was a bit concerned with 2 layovers each way, but no issues, no late flights or missed connections. Our hotel in Lisbon, Art Legacy, was in a great location, very walkable to the main areas and the Tagus River. The staff was welcoming and our room was small (think boutique hotel), but clean, with plenty of amenities, including a nice included breakfast each day. The 2nd half of our trip was spent in Porto. We traveled by high-speed train from Lisbon to Porto, where we stayed at the Altis Porto hotel. The hotel was nice, but not as centrally located, but we were able to use rideshare to navigate to more walkable areas. The staff was cordial, the food was good and the rooms were clean and well appointed. What I liked most about booking through Tripmasters, was the flexibility. We were able to book premium seating, on flights and the train, choose our hotels, etc., without any surprises in costs. We received informative information in a timely manner, throughout the entire process. I would absolutely use Tripmasters for future vacation.
Tripmasters explain everything and send emails with all the information. Hotel was nice right in the heart of everything, I upgraded in another hotel because of no elevator. Transportation pickup and drop off was on time. Everything went well. I would use tripmasters again.
The shuttle prices in Santorini are a bit outdated. Shuttles from the airport to the hotel in Santorini are not 10/person. It is 35 euro per trip.
