It was very old and too small. And the activities were also hit and miss. There was a cancellation in every city, so 1 activity from Rome, Florence, and Venice was cancelled. I would book activity from somewhere else.

The hotel in Warsaw was too far from city center. The hotel in Krakow was an apartment house with a small room with no breakfast option and no staff on site. HolidayTaxis was not at meeting spot at airport with a sign. We got our luggage and went to McCafe after using Exit 1 and waited 30 minutes. Then Ii followed instructions to checkpickup.com/6VX9QM. Still within the allowed waiting time, They told me to go upstairs to Departures to meet the driver. I saw the driver drive away leaving us on the curb. The company said they had to pick up someone else. They were awful my wife was crying. I am disabled. They told us to go to Uber on the roof. Uber was not on roof but at Arrivals after Taxi stand. The code they gave us didn''t work, the Uber driver made us get out of the car and removed our luggage from trunk, leaving us on the curb. I WANT A REFUND. We were at airport for several hours.

I''m a first-time customer. Used your services to plan a 7-9 day trip to london and paris. I had no problems whatsoever with the planning recommended by your agents and services. I will certainly come back to use website again. I especially loved the hotels we were booked at. Prime location as a base to sight see while being quiet, upscale and safe. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. I also loved that you thought of us four travellers like you would have planned for your own friends and family. I was very happy to see that on our Eurostar from London to Paris, you booked us to sit together at a table in the cafe car! One negative is that we did not like Icelandair. To be completely honest, it was worst than Southwest, only beating Frontier. I know it''s not your fault but heads up...IcelandAir sucked.

A little disappointed in Hotel Elisa in Tirana - front desk staff was not too friendly. Housekeeping staff was very nice. Very satisfied with driver/car from Tirana to Ohrid and Ohrid to Skopke. Marriott in Skopje - great location, rooms were a very good size and front desk/reception very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Rooms can use some upkeep - some lamps and electrical sockets were not working, shower pressure was low, and lighting and shower area could be improved. Disappointed that in a 5 star hotel towels and bed linen were pilling and ragggedy. Wish TripMasters would offer more/other options with reasonable transfer times on other airlines than Turkish airlines.
