Everything matched up perfectly along the way to 3 different cities in Europe. We did not like the hotel (Rum Hotel) in Budapest much. The AC was horrible and the rooftop bar was closed. Moderately clean. Good customer service though. Would have been nice to sit next to each other on our trains but not a big deal. Everything else was excellent. Would use you again.

If I had to make one suggestion it would be to maybe show a map of trusted ATMs or a list of to does before embarking on the trip, such as exchange cash to euros, what the norm is on tipping. Other than that the hotels and drivers were super professional and more willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you.

704 Customer ReviewsThe past few trips we have had problems with flights- last minute changes etc. this last trip we paid to upgrade our east & our flight got changed- hassle to get refund & we ended up with horrible seats - I am 5’10 & husband 6’4 we had middle and window & horrible layovers - I know your hands are a bit tied in this but it has become so bad & frustrating we will most likely do our next trip on our own & not use trip master because it was that bad

It was a very well planned out trip. The proximity of the hotels to the train stations was extremely helpful. The main hiccup was related to the flights home, on United. The first leg of the trip from Milan to Chicago was great. However, the second leg from Chicago to St. Louis was a horrific experience. First, we needed to pick up our luggage and re-check it back in for the second flight. I have never had to do that on a connecting international flight before. Then, after being held up on the plane on the tarmac for 3.5 hours due to weather conditions, the plane then needed to be refueled, by which point the crew had reached the legal limit of flying/working hours, so the flight was cancelled. This was at 1:30am in the morning, after a full day of travel. No hotel vouchers were offered and the only option was for us to spend the night in the airport until our morning flight. United handled the entire situation extremely poorly with absolutely no care for us as travelers. In the future, I will make sure to avoid both United and O’Hare as an airport. While it was completely out of your agency’s control, I wanted to make sure to pass it along, so you can pass the feedback along to United, if the opportunity arises. Other than that, the trip was wonderful. Thank you for doing such a great job putting it together.
All the hotels were great, flights went smoothly, ferry was nice and easy to get to, and I didn''t book activities this time.
