most everything went smooth and according to plan. The big bus tours were not the most common bus in the areas we were in. so we did not get to utilize them as planned. They were too few and far between and did not go routes we needed them to go. The tickets were emailed to tours like the louvre. So they were easy to access. After our main booking, I did book a few last minute tours through the app which used a 3rd party booking service through Viator. We had trouble with the vouchers loading and had to call and get PDF sent to phone for Tower of London. We actually missed our timing on a Cable car tour and had to miss it all together because we couldn''t get the voucher to pull up as needed. Also the GPS directions it gave us were the wrong location all together so it sent us 50 minutes in the wrong direction. The phone # given was fully automated and no live person to talk to. I had to go i to a cancell3d voucher from previous to find a different number to call and still had trouble
I do think it would be helpful to check in hotel specifics, such as sister vs firmer beds, as this was difficult for us at times. Also, be aware that some hotels in Italy advertise that they provide air conditioning but actually do not. This was challenging in Ludovisi Luxury Rooms in Rome. Overall, however, our trip went very smoothly and we are happy customers ??
