In summer it is highly recommended to explore the lake (Hallstaettersee), which is situated directly in front of Haus Cian. Go on a guided lake cruise or just hire an electric- or pedal boat. You can also go for a swim in the lake. With water temperatures of up to 22 degrees celsius it is definitely an experience.
