This is followed by a 30min session on the clubs rowing machines (ergs), working on timing and technique. We then put the technique into practice by taking a stable 'quad' boat out and affixing this to the side of the river where participants are then able to perform the rowing stroke on the water.
Once we feel confident that you are able to follow instructions carefully, all four participants will get into the boat with their instructor.
